POST POST was founded by Tshepang Ramoba. Ramoba first gained acclaim as the drummer for the internationally recognized, award winning rock band the BLK JKS. The band shot to stardom after landing on the cover of Fader. Many covers later including Spin magazine and Rolling Stone, following a world tour schedule that included 300 consecutive days on the road through North America, Europe, Asia and South America with over 200 shows played including the World Cup opening concert; Ramoba wished to expand his musical horizons and began producing soundtracks for film and Television. Music supervision on youth culture shows such as Jam Sandwich put him into contact with a myriad of talented musicians outside of South Africa’s mainstream. Recognising that these musicians would struggle to be understood by the stables already active in the S.A. music industry (as BLK JKS and Moonchild were before them) Ramoba set about establishing his own record label POST POST Music.
